Delivery policy UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail parcel post - please allow up to 7-10 days for delivery. Should any item be delayed by more than fourteen days Village Sports will inform you of the expected delivery date. £5 postage will be added to all UK orders under £80. For overseas orders, please call us for a quote.

Secure payments You can pay by: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch or Solo. All credit card transactions are processed by Barclays secure EPDQ system . Village Sports do not have access to or keep your credit card details.

Returns/Refunds/Cancellation policy. Should you need to return any item(s) please call or email and we will assist you. We are happy to refund or exchange goods provided they are unused and in a saleable condition. Swimwear and leotards must still have the hygiene strip intact. Items that have been initialled can not be returned. Orders can be cancelled by contacting us as soon as possible, we reserve the right to charge for postage and handling should the goods have been despatched.
